Bonding Beyond Borders: Work and Chill Partners with Global Giants in Q1 – 2023
As we wrap up the first quarter of 2023, we are thrilled to share some exciting updates from Work and Chill. In Q1, we achieved significant milestones that have helped us grow as a company and begin to solidify our position as a leader in Employee Resource Bonding virtual events.
One of our most significant accomplishments in Q1 was partnering with several high-profile companies, including Shopify, Salesforce, Snapchat, Bumble, Yahoo!, Intuit, Crowdstrike, Mitre, and more. These companies have recognized the value of our customized and engaging bonding experiences for their employee resource groups (ERGs), and we are thrilled to be their preferred vendor. We are proud to work with these companies to create memorable experiences that celebrate their employees’ diverse backgrounds and build a strong sense of community.
In Q1, we also focused on celebrating Black History Month and Women’s History Month. Our team developed and hosted over a dozen virtual experiences tailored to ERGs celebrating Black and Women employees. These experiences included interactive workshops, engaging discussions, and exciting virtual events that brought employees together and promoted teamwork and collaboration.
Finally, we are excited to announce the opening of our Mexico-based headquarters in Playa Del Carmen. This expansion has contributed to our efficiency as we grow our client base and begin our expansion into the Latin American market. With this new location, we will be better equipped to offer our customized employee resource bonding virtual events to companies throughout the region.
Overall, Q1 was an incredible quarter for Work and Chill, and we are looking forward to the rest of the year with great enthusiasm. We believe that our focus on creating meaningful and engaging virtual experiences for ERGs, our expanding client base, and our continued growth and expansion into new markets will position us for continued success in the years to come.
